Alternatives to front squat

The front squat is more functional and means less load on the lower back, so we must include this variation against classical load option behind the column. However, the version of the front squat with the bar placed on the shoulders is not the easiest to get. Fortunately, there are other much more simple variations you can use, with the same benefits.

 
With a tension you can also get a progressive resistance
Holds a front-loading and down until your elbows touch the knees
The squat zercher consists of holding the bar with arms flexed
