A photographic stroll through Europe

Today I would like to take you to travel not a destination, but five.To achieve this, I have the invaluable assistance of Elena Karelova , besides being friend, it is a great photographer. Next to it, let's go five of my favorite European cities: Rome, Madrid, Krakow, Barcelona and Amsterdam. To enjoy the ride!
1. Piazza Navona, Rome : all roads lead to Rome, but above all, in Piazza Navona. One of the most beautiful in the eternal city, if not more. The liveliest part sits right where the photo is taken; Neptune fountain feature battling a sea creature.

2. Landscapes of Barcelona: The city where I live is also one of the most photogenic cities I know. I am not an expert in photography, but I love the Mediterranean light that bathes always Barcelona. This photo is taken from Montjuic and the landscape we see very characteristic places in Barcelona, like Columbus, the port or the Arts hotel.

3. Channels of Amsterdam: Nobody can imagine this Dutch city without its famous canals. They are their hallmark and have completely changed the lifestyle of those who live around them. It's great to be missed by any of them and then meet in Winkel (Noordermarkt 43), just to enjoy the best apple pie in Amsterdam.
Amsterdam
4. Krakow, City of Literature: his charm and magnetism make it the 'intellectual capital' of Poland and one of Europe's most charming cities. Cultured and elegantona, one of the best and relaxed plans to carry out is to enjoy a hot wine in any of the cafes in the Market Square.
Krakow
5. From Madrid to Heaven: Madrid is always a good plan. This rogue city where I lived six years war continues, and hope to remain so. Best of the capital is always something, so it never hurts to mount a trip to visit the last exhibition of the Thyssen or reserve a table at DiverXO, now also at NH Eurobuilding move. That's it.

Best brunch Barcelona

Fashion brunch is as unstoppable. No weekend that claims to be where not enjoy this late breakfast or early lunch. Actually, time is not important, what matters is that the tips of 'Benedictine' is just right and the place is comfortable and beautiful, of course. So during these months I have not missed any of my favorite gastronomic events of the week and I have selected those that I think are the best places to enjoy brunch in Barcelona.

Majestic Brunch The luxury: free champagne bar, steak tartar and show cooking in the imposing Hotel Majestic. Their brunch is one of the newcomers, but certainly here to stay. Sundays are owned by the kitchen of award-winning chef Nandu Jubany with a quality bet gourmet buffet. Oysters, ceviche and delicious gazpacho which -aviso- can not take just one, freshly cut tables inlaid with coca delicious bread, dumpling duck with orange or mushroom risotto are some of the many, many options You can enjoy brunch at this luxury downtown Barcelona. Wine and champagne to go-go included in the price. An essential gastronomic event in Barcelona.
Brunch Petitbo The hipster: not easy to get a table at the Farm Petitbo, but worth it. The site is simple, cute and away from the most popular tourist areas of Barcelona. In Petitbo you can enjoy a good brunch unpretentious, and over priced. The pancakes are a topicazo comes, the best in town. Their juices are natural formula includes drink and brunch dish (salmon with poached eggs are sublime). This place was an old dairy, today has a very New Yorker roll, Monday through Friday and is frequented by wise people looking for a good shot of sugar, as they have delicious homemade cakes which unfortunately is very hard to forget as their carrot cake.
Picnic Barcelona Simple: I can not help saying that Picnic is one of my favorite local in Barcelona. It is small, a bit noisy and not very comfortable, but who cares when you find in your letter a dish called 'Fried Green Tomatoes' is as simple as delicious? Reserved table, this is a good point, and perfect cooking eggs and home fries Benedictine are responsible for that is always full. The price is very tight and although in my opinion a bit flojean desserts, Picnic is an excellent choice for a perfect brunch in Barcelona. Tip: If you do not get table during the weekend, you can always enjoy your tasty dishes weekday to dinner as a delicious squid sandwich.
Brunch in Barcelona
Modern: no list of brunch in Barcelona which boasts of being not to accept their point between Federal brunch. Where they serve the best chai tea latte city is also very popular for lunch any day of the week (although the brunch menu as fit only for the weekend). Luckily for him, and our misfortune, the area where it is located is one of the fashionable streets of Barcelona, Parliament Street, a sort of new 'Golden Mile' dining, so it is quite difficult to find a table. If you want to eat up on the roof terrace mission it becomes almost impossible.

3 Reasons stop being happy in the Costa Brava

There are always reasons to be happy, and of course a trip is the most important, at least for me, of course, spend my life from airport to airport and from hotel to hotel. My life is what happens between check in and check out, and I was delighted to do so. In any case, thanks to the nearly four years I've been living in Barcelona, I had the opportunity to discover authentic jewels perfect for short breaks. One of my favorite is always the Costa Brava, which to me represents a perfect combination between the blue waters of its coves, green landscapes of the Empordà and of course the delicious cuisine based on simple dishes and quality. And even though I've listed a few, here are 3 reasons for achieving very happy on the Costa Brava.

Hostal de la Gavina-Blog Bon voyage
Its markets: no weekend that can not be found on the Costa Brava a good market. Although do not look, you always end up giving some touring with its winding roads. In my trip to the Costa Brava I met the market of Pals, certainly one of the prettiest villages in the area, and with such a small market as interesting Corca. The Pals is quite chaotic and you can find almost everything; mixed with antique farm implements and even clothing adlib. I've already fond of the two, of course, but mostly to Corca, where every other Saturday of the month mounted positions organic food: fruits, vegetables, eggs, honey, homemade pasta ... and even a man making a paella outdoors to buy in small portions. Simple and charming. The cheap, regular, cheap stuff are few in this area, although I can say that yes are good.
And now, to be happy and enjoy it.
