El Celler de Can Roca: so eat in the best restaurant in the world

To say that my dinner at El Celler de Can Roca was a dream come true may be the clearest and simplest way to describe my experience at the best restaurant in the world and proud holder of three Michelin stars.

Like all good things, the issue was expected since a meal at this famous restaurant in Girona involves, of course, a long wait. For me, the book was a gift from my partner when I turned 30, but ended up enjoying it with 32 a few months ago.
